“ARCHIKEP 2010”

The place:

5H of prime land located on a hillside overlooking the virgin seaside of Kep, a small town near the border of Vietnam. The city was a coastal retreat for French colonists and Cambodian royals in the years before the war. Today, Kep is rapidly rising from the ashes as one of the best preserved area for tourism; the atmosphere that first attracted the French is stronger than ever.

The project:

Development and promotion of luxury villas and apartments, low rise, low density development, restaurant, modern facilities with management of common areas and rental management for non resident owner. Long term lease available for foreign individuals.

Status:

The piece of land has been secured and a concept design is currently being performed by Mr Vann Molyvann, the most recognized and respected Cambodian architect.
