  • The fund has a fixed life of 5 years consisting of a 2 year investment period during which properties are acquired and a holding period during which active asset management will be carried out and the properties will be sold.

Why Cambodia, Why now?

  • After 2 decades of war, Cambodia has experienced a decade of very strong growth (+10% GDP average growth) and the government has been strengthening the legal, infrastructure and economic framework in order to encourage investment in the country.

 

  • Cambodia is currently one of the most stable political countries in South East Asia and it welcomes foreign investment.

 

  • The emergence of Cambodian middle and upper classes, coupled with a significant increase in tourism has created a demand for property development (hospitality services, office spaces, commercial spaces, housing…).

 

  • The recent decrease of real estate prices due to the international economic turmoil presents a good opportunity to acquire properties at a good price.

Strategy

  • Invest in a portfolio of diversified development projects, with the primary focus on projects in areas with potential for substantial returns.

 

  • Identify suitable land parcels and develop projects to completion. Maximize capital gains by disposing of the projects to private, institutional or sophisticated investors.

 

  • Develop properties that are currently not available in Cambodia with the aim to answer to demand and maximize value.
